Account and personal data deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside the application. Reinstalling the application is not required.
Immediate in-app deletion
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Profile → Edit profile → Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account, review the disclosure and type DELETE.
- When the process finishes, your session and account are removed.
What we permanently delete
Your login identity, personal profile, avatar, message content you authored, private data, friends and requests, blocks, private-group memberships, notifications, push subscriptions, email preferences, points, levels, badges, and analytics records directly linked to your account. Messages authored by the other participant may remain in their conversation without your identifying information.
What may remain anonymously
Historical pickup and jam participation and public contributions needed for community integrity may remain without an account identifier, personal profile, avatar or link. Attribution is shown only as ‘Deleted player’. Public court photos may remain without uploader attribution. User-owned jam and group images are removed.
Cannot sign in?
Send a request from the email address associated with the account to info@streetballers.cz and use the subject “Account deletion”. Support will verify that you own the account. Never send a password, access token or recovery code.
Authenticated in-app deletion is performed immediately. Manual email requests are processed without undue delay, normally within 30 days after successful identity verification. A longer period applies only when legally permitted; if that happens, we will explain the reason and provide an expected completion date.
