Delete your Streetballers account
You can permanently delete your Streetballers account and associated personal data through the secure workflow on this website. The Android app is not required.
02 · What is deleted immediately
When the confirmed request completes successfully, the existing workflow first cleans application data and files and then hard-deletes the sign-in identity.
- Your Supabase Auth identity, linked sign-in identities, and sessions.
- Your personal profile, private account data, avatar, email and push preferences, notifications, points, levels, and badges.
- Friendships, requests, blocks, recommendations, invitations, private groups, and community-group memberships.
- Direct-message content you authored and analytics or operational records directly linked to your account.
- User-owned jam and group images and other files stored in account-owned paths.
03 · What may remain without account attribution
To preserve public history and content belonging to other users, some records may remain only after identifying links to the deleted account are removed.
- Historical pickup and jam participation, public events, and public groups may remain without an account identifier, profile, or avatar.
- Public court contributions, suggestions, and ratings may remain without author attribution.
- Messages authored by the other participant may remain in their conversation. The thread becomes read-only and the deleted counterpart is shown as ‘Deleted player’.
- Public pickup flyers and court photos may remain without attribution to the deleted account.
Backups and security logs · no longer than 30 days
Residual user-identifiable data may remain in secured Supabase or Vercel backups, PITR, audit logs, or runtime logs for no longer than 30 days. These copies are not used for normal application operation, may be accessed only for disaster recovery, security, or legal purposes, and expire or are deleted under the provider lifecycle within this 30-day maximum.
Manual-request correspondence · no longer than 30 days
Correspondence and verification material related to a manual deletion request is retained for no longer than 30 days after the request is completed.
Narrow legal exception
We retain only the minimum data strictly required by a binding legal obligation, active investigation, or legal dispute, and only for as long as that requirement continues. We delete it promptly when the requirement ends.
Need help?
If you cannot sign in, contact support from the email address associated with the account. Support will verify that you own the account before processing a manual request.
Knowledge of an email address alone is not enough to delete an account. Never send your password, access token, or recovery code.
